Kyyneltarha-kokonaisuus koostuu eri kokoisista, eri muotoisista ja eri tekniikoin toteutetuista kuvasarjoista, joissa Kyynelpuun hedelmät ja marjat ovat esillä muodossa tai toisessa, puissa, oksissa, taimissa, kimpuissa ja hedelminä; surun tummat, vihan punertavat, ilon hiljaisina hehkuvat ja onnen sädehtivät kyyneleet. Teehetkiä-sarja kuuluu löyhästi tähän kokonaisuuteen. Sarjan teoksissa kyyneleet eivät näy suoraan, mutta kuvat on luotu Kyyneltarhassa, Kyynelpuutarhurin hiljaisten teehetkien äärellä. Vuonna 2018 teoksia valmistui sarjaan kuusi, ja seuraavana vuonna seuraavat kuusi, mutta Kyynelpuutarhurin työpöydälle on jäänyt vielä lukuisia teekuppeja – on hyvin mahdollista, että joku päivä myös ne muuttuvat kuviksi asti.
Vedos Aamutee löytyy myös Kyynelpuutarhurin päiväkirja -julkaisusta kuvituksena.

The Garden of Tears consists of prints of several sizes and shapes made using several techniques, in which the fruits and berries of the Tree of Tears are shown in a form or another, in trees, branches, seedlings, bouquets and as fruits; those darkened tears of sadness, reddish tears of anger, silently glowing tears of joy, and glimmering tears of happiness. Moments for tea series belongs loosely to this theme. In these artworks the tears cannot be seen directly, but the images have been created at the Garden of Tears, in those Tear Gardener’s silent moments for tea. In 2018 six prints were finished for the series, and another six in the following year 2019, but there are still plenty of tea cups waiting on the Tear Gardener’s desk – it just might be possible that also they turn into pictures some day.
The print Morning Tea are also published in the Kyynelpuutarhurin päiväkirja book as illustrations (The Diary of a Tear Gardener, only in Finnish at the moment).
